Balboa Peaks support and service group continues to receive five stars from the SpyGlass/DocManager customer base- and for good reason. Balboa Peaks' CEO, Edward Malley, co-founded Magellan Software in 1992 and introduced SpyView and DocManager products to the marketplace with tremendous success. In 2000, Magellan Software merged with Gauss Interprise. Mr. Malley retained his role as COO through OpenText's aquistion of Gauss Interprise in 2003, after which he formed Balboa Peaks to support the original and new customer base.

Kofax Capture 10.2.1 is intended to resolve issues associated with the following upgrade scenarios:
▪ Upgrade from Kofax Capture 10.0.x with a VRS 5.1 OEM already installed ▪ Upgrade from a Kofax Capture 10.0.x installation where KFS 4.0.x is also installed
▪ Upgrade from Kofax Capture 8.x or 9.x
If you previously installed Kofax Capture 10.1.0 and the preceding scenarios do not apply to you, it is not necessary to install this R2 release.

Important News for Magellan / Gauss / OpenText users.
Balboa Peaks has partnered with OpenText Corporation to manage licence and service sales to all existing and new users of the Livelink VIP DocManager system ( a.k.a. SpyView ).
Open Text will continue to provide their high level of technical support via the normal channels, however customers will benefit from enhanced pre and post sales assistance which is more focused on the specific system and their hardware platform.
